Our Approach to Meditation

Group Schedule and Format
Our meditation group meets twice a week:
- Tuesdays, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Guided meditation and philosophical contemplation
- Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Extended practice and group discussion
Each session includes:
- Opening remarks and setting of intentions
- Guided meditation practice
- Silent self-practice
- Group sharing and discussion
- Closing reflections

Prepare for Your First Session
Once your application is accepted, here's how to prepare for your first meditation session:
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
- Bring a meditation cushion or mat if you have one (we have extras if needed)
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and meet the group
- Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore your inner landscape
- Familiarize yourself with basic Nietzschean concepts (we recommend reading "Thus Spoke Zarathustra")
