Selection Process

Our selection process is rigorous and designed to identify individuals who are truly committed to the path of the Übermensch. We look for:

• Demonstrated understanding of Nietzschean philosophy
• Evidence of past self-improvement efforts
• Creativity and original thinking
• Commitment to personal growth and community contribution
• Willingness to challenge oneself and others

Successful applicants will be notified within two weeks of submission and invited to an orientation session.
